Version 3

UncleLar Weight Graph

This looks a little sloppy because it’s a jpeg that that I had to reduce in size to fit within the blog boundaries. If you click on the file it will look better. I’m now going to cram it in the sidebar and see how it looks there (I suspect messy because of the distortion with reducing the jpeg).

The next step will be to convert these graphs to a vector based format so that they will resize without loosing their aesthetics.

  1. Are these test graphs? If I’m reading them correctly, two show a huge drop on the 3rd, but one only shows a slight drop. Am I reading them wrong?

  2. I like the columns. Now let’s get the real weight! We should have a family contest (my Steve really needs to lose weight). And Gary and I could try gaining some!

  3. OK – columns it is. And you have real weight from now on (also deleted the other posts since there was no need to keep them around).

  4. Two lbs over four days is nothing – that’s easy to sweat away in a single workout. I’m sure that my weight fluctuates more than two pounds over the course of pretty much any day. If it makes you feel any better, I was a half pound heavier when I weighed myself today (of course since the scale only registers in half lb increments, I conceivably could have only been maybe all of an ounce heavier).

  5. This is Arts Festival Weekend, the biggest weekend of the summer here in State College. Lots of old friends returning to visit so I will be out late indulging every night – of course that means my weight loss plans get put on hold for a while. I’m not going to update the chart until Monday.
